A week end in Wales

I have some serious catching up to do on here!

Let’s start with this gorgeous week end in Hay-on-Wye.

Nested in the spectacular Black Mountains of Mid Wales and near the energising flow of the River Wye we find the Chapel on the Green. The gorgeous home of Gray and Matthew, a beautiful couple who run River Flow Yoga. I was invited to capture one of their retreats last September, and returned this June. Seeing the seasons change was absolutely magical, and I spent ages mesmerised by the light changes between both retreats.

Matthew kept us all fed with the most gorgeous food, while Gray led us through guided meditations and nature walks. An absolute dream that everyone should experience at least once.
