A Week in Devon

Last week, I spent a memorable few days in Devon with my wife, our son, and my in-laws. The weather was kind enough to let us surf most mornings, and we rounded off each day with fresh crab and long walks along the coastline. The dramatic cliffs and rolling green hills were a stunning backdrop to family time—slow, simple, and just what we needed.

For me, it was also the perfect opportunity to play around with my photography. Devon’s ever-changing light gave me the chance to experiment with texture and contrast, especially along the shoreline at sunset. I've included a few of my favorite shots below—capturing not just the scenery, but the moments in between: sandy footprints, my son laughing at the waves, and quiet pauses with a coffee overlooking the sea.
